The Region of Waterloo has agreements with seven community counselling agencies to provide counselling services.

If you are currently receiving Ontario Works or are in the Ontario Disability Support Program you are eligible to receive up to eight counselling sessions free of charge.

Professional counsellors can help you:

  • Feel better about yourself
