The Inventory of Housing Stability Programs in Waterloo Region (Inventory) is a community resource that catalogues the 107 housing stability programs in Waterloo Region into one of five program areas. Each of the five documents includes a description of the program area, an overview table, program profiles, and contact information for each organization and/or program.

Homelessness to Housing Stability Strategy (2012) and Background Reports

The Strategy (2012) summarizes two complementary frameworks of the All Roads Lead to Home: The Homelessness to Housing Stability Strategy for Waterloo Region (2012) - the Policy Framework and the Action Framework. 

Nine background reports (see below), plus the Inventory (see above) were used to inform the update process.

All Roads Lead to Home: The Homelessness to Housing Stability Strategy was released in fall 2007 following an extensive period of research and community consultation.
