The Special Needs Resourcing Collaborative works together to support licensed child care programs in identifying and meeting the diverse needs of all children and their families.  All children, regardless of their abilities, are supported to safely participate in quality inclusive services.

Children (up to 6 years of age) with a developmental concern, currently or planning to attend licensed child care in Waterloo Region are eligible for service.  No concern is too minor, as we want to ensure the inclusion of every child who needs support.
